Not every stream on spotify is eligible for charts. They use some kind of formula for their charts. Some songs may have fewer chart-eligible streams than others, depending upon the streaming behavior. It can also be different for users and artists.

Spotify count as max 8 plays from 1 Listeners. Even if you loop your song 100 times for charting spotify count it as max 8 plays

I believe it's based on how Spotify views the quality of the stream and deem them legitimate.

He said that it counts only 8 streams even if you do 100 which isn't true
this information would be of real importance if an account cannot listen to a song more than 8 times per day to be counted at its maximum. can you get more details from whoever says this? because This is information that would be good to discuss! because it is clear that spotify does not take into account the 100 plays of an account on a song from the same account
