Anytime the mobile proxies are better datacenter an residential proxies. but as you said you need 100 proxies, for this kind of bulk usages you must setup your own hardware and you can create your own proxy server, it will be very high quality and affordable.

I would probably suggest using static residential proxies for the accounts but you will have to find a company with bulk deals and multiple locations

but how many listening to a song can be done on an account- --- before antifraud---
the user counts 20 songs per day, the rest goes to Spotify total payments.....
rotational proxies (counted) almost zero in money
