Spotify Plays from Playlist

I'm looking for someone who can provide this kind of plays:

I give you a playlist link and a song name. the song will be on that playlist in a random position.
you need to provide USA plays to that song. from that playlist

so, the artist will see that the plays are coming from THAT playlist.
I will need approx 1600 plays first day, 800 second day, 300 the third and then plays every following day that the song is on the playlist

if you can provide this I'm paying 4$/1000 plays.
