Sport Betting

Maybe your family member is one of those fixed match scammers, he wouldn't tell you though.

Majority of those who sell picks are scammers and you'll lose alot.

It's better you don't even venture into it

Create a gambling site or a site with tips for gamblers, this is the best way to make money in this niche.

Stay away from gambling, you can be addicted and lose a lot of $ with this

It is better you check their previous meeting on the club's choosing and their head to head matches, from there you no their present form

Stay away from this crap.

Haven't placed a bet this year, used to do some coupons on the weekends.

What a waste of money and time.

As other users suggested stay away from gambling.

Instead build a site advertising books with a rev share commission.

I used to engage in football (soccer) betting, as I'm very passionate about the sport and know the ins and outs. That helped gather some wins, but it came to a point that I was losing way more than winning, even though never exceeded 20 Euros per ticket (bet slip). So I quit for good 4-5 years ago.

Recently I started betting in UFC just to make the fights more fun to watch, never exceeding 10-15 Euros per event and events take place 3-4 times per month.

I think that you will enjoy it more if you do it for fun, rather than trying to make a living out of it, which is almost impossible nowadays considering how rigged sports matches are across all sports.

I used to read a lot about sports betting also worked in this industry and i am currently investing in it. Basically the whole concept behind it is to find an edge against bookmakers and by that i mean you should find opportunities where bookies picked their odds wrong (they underestimate certain outcome and give higher odds than real odds) only in this case you'll win longterm.
For example, imagine a coin flip, if we make a deal for you to give me 1$ everytime when it's Heads and I give you 0,9$ everytime when it's Tails. In this case scenario i'll be on profit, because the chance of flipping Tails or Heads is 50% for sure if we flip the coin for long enough.
So the idea behind it, is to be very good at certain sport so you can research, find better info, analyse matches better than bookmakers so you can find value in certain pick you make.
The real value picks are hidden behind not that popular sports, because bookies do not have that much of info and specialists - horse betting, golf, hounds etc, low football leagues (even though i wouldn't recommend football at all or maybe live picks only if you have the time to spend it).

eSports betting is better, but only if you know the game and the teams who compete.

But do it only for fun, never put too much money or you will regret it.

In my opinion the best way to make money with sports gambling is investing long term in DKNG.

Does anyone have any experience with sport betting ? If yes where can I go to read up and learn who to bet on ? Or is it best to sell the picks instead ?

Selling picks, dosn't know what to be on... Legit tipster for sure.

I make a side income from betting (mostly football...or soccer for those outside the UK!) and I study a lot of data. If you understand true odds and value then it's possible to get an edge. The people selling tips are more than likely not making money. There's so many "tipsters" who don't back their own "tips" because they know it isn't profitable. The money they get from VIP services funds their betting habits. They hope for a few lucky wins and push a service. I've been involved for years so trust me...don't pay for a service - learn to study data and odds yourself. Don't get excited seeing big winning slips either. For every one of these wins there's a ton of losers they're not telling you about.
I have a couple of markets I've studied over the years rather than betting on anything and everything. I finally found what works for me through practice and studying. If you're seriously interested then I suggest picking one or two markets and really getting to know everything about it (e.g over/under goals, first half corners etc). I'm not going to share the ones I use I'm afraid. Work out the odds of something occurring and then find a bookie using an odds comparison site to see if you can find somewhere it is overpriced. For example, if you've worked out an event has an exact 50/50 chance but find it priced at over double your money then you've found value.
Another very profitable thing to learn is horse movers/market movers. It only really works with 2 bookies and they'll soon ban/restrict your account. It isn't illegal but they don't like you winning. I've been through all of my family and friend's accounts and made some good money. I won't explain it but I'm sure Google will help you.

So basically, find an edge and study. Don't buy betting systems or tips. Find a good data provider. It is in no way easy and takes practice like anything else. Good luck!

it's best to sell the picks. in any bet or gamble, the house always win.

Yeah just stay away from it and get a real job, real investments.

Makes sense kind of like a site like Vegas Dave

Its just that I have been taking to many L's trying left and right things to not make money

And that's just another way to take an L, trust me.

Most people don't realize how easy it is to ruin your life with gambling. All you need is that one moment of dopamine rush to get yourself in trouble for months if not years to come.

Fist advice stay away from betting/gambling etc.
If you want to bet, bet only 50/50 bets like on football "over 2.5 goals" or "under 2.5goals"
Look at the last 5 games and how many goals they scored, how offensiv they play, how strong or weak the defens of the oppent is etc. Look at the top scorers list of the leauge.
Make max 3 bets in a combi never more than 3 games together.

I bet 1-2 times in a month and if i win lets say 200€ my wife gets 100€ my sons gets 40€ both and for me just 20€ for the next bet :)

betting is just your intuition and prediction no one can tell you what is going to happen next it just your prediction and prediction is always 50-50%

I have a self developed, and proven method that gives over 200 - 1000 percent.
Like I put in $1,000 and cashout from $2,000 to $10,000 or over. These figures are used as examples only.

(no PM, I won't reply anyone)

It's not the regular weekly or monthly betting, I do this just about 5 times a year. This way, I have time for others important things.

BE WARY, THOUGH, BETTING IS NOT AS SHINING AS IT SEEMS TO BE.
It could ruin you.

Betting is not for the weak-willed or emotional folks.
You need a lot of self discipline if you are to come out of it without your whole life being a mess.

You take your whole time to research and at the end of the day you are fucked by a silly mistake...eg the whole team being a cunt that day, ref being a dick head, Gerald or Terry slipping when it matters most, Serena Williams getting kicked in the butt by teenage Osaka and 'Guaf'.. you name it.

Then you will try to recover your loss, and that's when the real problem starts. The circle may not end until you lost all. And this could be years. Most people become scammers at this point.

In my honest opinion, it's better you stay off it.

NB, it's ungodly and evil to promote betting when you know it's definitely going to ruin some lives. Don't do that either.
