Spoonfed method for noobs-$0-tons of pics

what does it mean when you get an invalid tumblelog?

It seems that the account is still active and not disabled , but when I go to reblog this comes up. Hell I cannot even add my own pics withput getting it. :)

It might be something with your cache/cookies. I would suggest clearing those, and logging out, and relogging in. I think some accounts are protected so you cant reblog them, but if is happening for your account to maybe its banned but your browser just keeps showing you outdated information.

Cool I will clear the cache ... Seems like tumblr is on guard just like FB , Twitter and the like...

It's like walking on egg shells . :)

One more thing. Is email verifying necessary? I've been doing some twitter stuff and have never verified accounts. Not sure if it's the same here.

It is necessary to verify the accounts with the link emailed to you. If you don't verify, your accounts gets suspended a couple of days later.

I dont understand how people who click on unicorns would ever want to buy anything off amazon?

Thanks for this method OP. I put a slight twist on this and want your opinion. What I did is use 1 tumblr account and multiple pages on that account. Each page had it's own theme and multiple pictures. For example one page would be "cars" and would have 5-10 pictures of different "cars". Each "car" picture would link to the amazon page that sold that particular "car" using my amazon affiliate link of course ;) . So far I haven't had any sales (only been 2hrs) but I have made 3 followers and 10 reblogs of my pictures and 9 out of 10 reblogs have kept my follow-on link on my picture! I have never used tumblr before and your guide did exactly what it said it would do...spoon feed this noob. Thanks a ton for your help, time, and knowledge! +rep and a thank you -=)

I already had someone tell me that they had over 2k reblogs while they slept last night. He might post in here after he sees what commission he's made. Also, keep in mind that Amazon sales can take a day or two to show up. :)

Unicorns aren't my niche, that was an example. People buy off amazon all the time, you're more looking for them to get the cookie drop than anything.

So the tumblr blog ive been using for this has now nearly 350 followers which is great, and everyday im getting on average around 400 reblogs which is great. My question is this, before i was doing it with a clickbank product and getting roughly 50 hops per day with it but no sales. I have since switched it over to Amazon affiliates, however i checked it after a day and there was not a single click through, this makes no sense to me since the link looks the same so i can see no reason for the lack of clicks. This leads me to believe that the affiliate link im using it not correct. One issue i've found with amazon is that when you build a link it generates a piece of html for you instead of just a simple link. Now in order to create the link im using i simply copied the hyperlink out of the html and inserted that and it clearly has my affiliate link in. My question is whether there is a better way to generate links to the amazon products?

I did exactly what Mary said and I had 2k reblogs within a night. I have to wait atleast a day to know my exact earnings. Even if they are 0$ I know know what works. So will keep on posting stuff like that and eventually make money.

I did not do any Adult stuff or any copyright stuff. Think on the lines of FB. What people share generally over there?

Cheers!!

I am working on this method with a twist..will give an update.

Hey Marusia. Interesting method. Does it beat your perfumes, income wise?

This makes me want to build a macro and hit Tumblr very hard. Have to deal with this procrastination issue first though :)

How to be accepted too amazon without a site? Putting the tumblr link?

When i registered for the US version of the amazon affiliate program two days ago i just put the tumblr URL in and answered all the questions honestly and they approved me within minutes :D

This would work as set and forget it once you have enough content am i right?

Will make a nice little extra on the side each month to pay for hosting maybe.

Yes that seems to work for me.

I didn't get lots of clicks when I first set up my Adult tumblr blog, but then I just left it, and started a new tumblr blog, and now I get 3-4 clicks on my affiliate links each day from the blogs. Its not a lot, but I only made a few posts so not a lot of content. I think the blogs don't get lots of clicks when they are first re-blogged, they seem to get more from people who come from search engines or browsing through recent pictures tagged with certain keywords.

The reblogging people just seem to reblog without thinking, but the more reblogs you get, the more permanent and spread out your link will be, meaning the more clicks you will get in the long run.

Exactly i found in my first week that the amount of hops i was getting when i was using clickbank with this method was increasing each day because the more content i posted the more people were reblogging and it was spreading exponentially. I'm hoping after a couple of days it will be back to that level with amazon only better. I'm currently posting only 8-10 images per day, but all within a few hours of eachother at the prime time to maximise visibility.
