Summary of Dispute:

slillo07 bought my ebook and received the product 16 minutes after sending me his email address.
He said he hadn't received anything in the email and so I sent him the direct access link. However, he says he simply can't read the document. I offered to help him and again uploaded the file to another site. He didn't download the file and simply opened a PayPal dispute. In the PayPal dispute, he uses a photo of the file opened in Word as proof. As we all know, Word is not the right software for opening complex PDFs with dozens of images, links, etc. I instructed the customer to open the PDF using appropriate software such as a PDF viewer or a browser like Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave, etc. But the client refuses to open the file properly. Apparently he's pretending that he doesn't know how to open a PDF file, I've had the patience to instruct him, but he simply won't open it and asks for a refund via PayPal dispute. It seems to me that he wants to keep the book and the money at the same time, if he was an innocent person who really doesn't know how to open a PDF, he would have made the effort to follow the instructions instead of refusing and asking for an immediate refund (not covered by my BST's refund policies).

What you hope to gain from this Dispute Resolution:
I want this PayPal dispute to be closed. If not, he needs to be banned, since he can be a potential risk for other sellers, it seems he wants to keep the money and the product at the same time. If he has good intentions, it won't be a problem for him to just open my ebook using a proper software (on his desktop, mobile phone or whatever) and close this opened dispute. In less than 10 seconds, he can select to open this PDF file using a browser and the "problem" is solved. If his intentions are shady, as I suppose, he will keep asking a refund for a product he has access and he can open at anytime.

This is the image he attached to the PayPal dispute. He is trying to open a complex PDF file with Word.
This is a PDF file with lots of images, links and this is not just a bunch of plain text to be opened with Word.
So, the file is opening messy on Word.
That's why it's important to use a browser or a PDF viewer, as I explained to him.
But he refuses to implement my instructions, trying to keep the money and the book for him - just a scam.

I want to inform you that I am unable to access your ebook in PDF format, despite all the instructions provided. I have attempted to open the file following your recommendations, even in my phone but it does not work.
I also have screenshots as proof, and I can even record a video demonstrating the issue. This has wasted my time, and I am no longer interested in this purchase. Therefore, I request a full refund.
Please process the refund as soon as possible.

I appreciate your response, but I am no longer interested in the ebook and i do not have the time to learn how to open complicated PDF, i already have PDF's and they open easily but that one i spend hours and i can´t open it . Even i try with my phone same format, so please give me my money back.

For me is not the case. The PDF I know open normaly, and that one from this Sir can´t. Im not asking for the magic, i only want my money back, because i can´t read the PDF. And im not intressted anymore, because i lost my time

The issue is not the PDF, the issue is you.

You need to tell PP that you want to stop the dispute and that is not debatable.

Sorry, but why are you opening this another PDF with a browser, but for my PDF, you are using a random software to open it? If you try to open a PDF with Word or Notepad, it will definitely go wrong, it seems you perfectly know how to open a PDF, since you opened this other one with a browser, like a normal person

By law you have to tell PP to drop the dispute.

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.

This dispute gave me 2007 vibes, when you'd need to download Foxit or Adobe and watch a tutorial to open a PDF

But this guy is clearly a scammer or a leaker, he's trying to open a PDF with DocHub, a PDF editor, nowadays you just need to double click the file or click in a link and PDF instantly opens for you on your browser, this excuse used by the banned member is dead since 2015, lmao
