Specific eBook Marketing Pattern on IG & Threads

Hey hope all are well!

I've been spotting this specific marketing pattern that comes up on Threads. They'll post the first little intro or outline of something, then make a numbered sequence of what they said. Then in between or at the end, they're putting a link to the book.
This is just one part of it and I'm sure there's more to it.

It's such a common pattern there has to be some guide, article, eBook, YouTube Video, etc. that talks about this method in more detail.

(Also on a side note, how do people enjoy this content? It's so clearly made by AI and there's no human element to it. DO people not know or not mind? They gobble it up. I love AI content don't get me wrong, but I feel it'd be so much more effective with a human face to it. Is that not needed to make sales?)
