BHW in no way condones any type of abuse. We're black hat, we sit between the lines but there is a place where that line is drawn and abuse (in general not specific to this case) steps far over that line. That being said in most civilized societies we have a policy of innocent until proven guilty or more accurately charges by any government body must be proved beyond a reasonable doubt. The justice system will play out here and an outcome will be received in the courts.
