Hello again RollergirlMail, I'll jump in for Mark. He may be doing 2 sessions for us which is awesome news. Here is what Mark will be covering:

Mark Ress - Title: Mobile Marketing Trifecta - How To Earn 5 Figures Per Month with Mobile Apps (and that's just for starters)
Theme: Leveraging Mobile Apps for Affiliate Marketing, App Flipping and Offline Gold!

#2 Title: Info-preneuring Your Way To 5 Figures Per Month!
Theme: Learn How To Create eBooks, Courses and Info-Products Fast and FREE Skyrocketing Your Income To 5 Figures Per Month In 90 Days!!

Mark, your panels sound rad! Mobile app-making's been my latest obsession and it looks like you're dishing out some App Flipping / App Marketing knowledge at the conf.

Hello I changed to a new account to just ask a few questions to see if your story is legit or complete bollox I respect you & see you as an inspiration to anyone of any social/race/financial status/ and whatever else the f..k I might have left out.

I'm sure you can find out if you tried.

Ok anything I say is really not critical of you in any way. I don't know anything abut you what so ever and if anything I say feels like a direct assault on you it's not.

I have been pottering around now for over a year and the amount of complete bullshit that's out there is "sickening" and I'm yet to see anyone of any caliber or interest in helping anyone to learn fuck all online unless there is a "wait for it" course/group/membership/insider group/group insider/gold members/ I could go on.

If your story is legit I don't get it ? You talk about "the hood" or whatever your trying to describe, you say .......
......
......
......

This part confuses me if you don't like the VICTIM mentality why even mention this "
I love to coach, mentor and train folks in what I?ve learned over the years. I don?t have patience for those with the ?victim mentality?."

Yet you go on about your hard times growing up ? Listen everyone has a story I can tell you from my experience, I was in prison at the age of 15 but it's not something I'm going to display "like your sad story" unless my objective was to sell something. You say "I love to coach, mentor and train folks in what I?ve learned over the years. I don?t have patience for those with the ?victim mentality?.

Then why the fu.. even mention "your sad story" if only to tweak emotions into buying something, to me it sounds like complete bullshit. Which if I'm right is sad and really makes BHW no better than the warrior forum. if you think I'm being excessive, show us how your going to help anyone other than taking their money.

This is just my opinion I am not making big money online or anything like that or saying that I am an kind of expert/anything I am not trying to claim anything, but mere observations of the same old SHIT. Please take no offense as there should not be any to someone as helpfull as you.

1. Your post confused me from the get go because I don't understand why you'd have to create a new account just to ask me some questions. Why hide who you are? If you're intention was not to hide who you are on the forum then why didn't you just use the account you'd normally be using on the site to ask me your questions? Maybe I misunderstood what I read.

2. You then go on to say you're "just asking a few questions just to see if I'm legit". For you and anyone else who reads this post I have nothing to gain by lying. I chose to tell you about my "sad story" (as you put it) so that members can get to know a little bit about me. There is no way to get to know everything about a person within a single post but just wanted to share what I had been through so that others who may be struggling can relate to my story or have some glimmer of hope that if a person with my background and upbringing can do this and succeed so can they.

3. I really do not have anything to prove to you or anyone else. I am not being paid to monitor this thread nor am I being paid to speak at the event. As a matter of fact none of the speakers are being allowed to pitch anything at the event so it is a true ZERO PITCH event from what I understand. That is to the best of my knowledge. As a matter of fact I just had a call with one of the organizers of the event a couple days ago to discuss some Creatives who confirmed that none of the speakers is going to be pitching or selling, how did you put it so eloquently...

"wait for it... course/group/membership/insider group/group insider/gold members/ ..."

We are all footing our own bills for travel, hotel stay and food nosquars so why would I tell you this "sad story if only to tweak emotions into buying something..." Those were your words and for someone who "respects me" and doesn't mean to offend me you sure come off just a little bit offensive. I might even dare to say a bit angry which I totally get and can relate to because I was once where you are although I probably spent more time getting fed the bulls--t and WAY MORE money being ripped off until one day if finally happened. I actually made money online. I'll be sharing some of that information at this awesome event come November.

Let me be clear nosquars I am not selling anything so not sure how you can make this argument or accusation.

4. I mention in my post about not having patience for people with a victim mentality because I don't want time to be wasted on the circumstances of their lives. It's about doing what you can with what you got. Not to sound cliche but it's about getting up after a fall and not worrying about yesterday's tragedies or mistakes or what may come tomorrow. To me the best thing you or anyone can do for that matter is start focusing on today and taking action. Better yet taking MASSIVE ACTION!

Regardless of what you or anyone else thinks I will always share my story because it does make a difference to people who THINK that this journey came easy or was some overnight success story. It wasn't and I didn't go into every detail of my family and my suffering. Days when I didn't even have enough food to feed my two sons when I was a single father just trying to survive. Days when I couldn't afford to pay my bills and had sh-- shut off so all the food in my refrigerator went bad. Trust me I did not go into way more than I could have because I don't need your sympathy. I don't need your approval. I was just trying to inspire folks who may be going through some of what I went through. I want members who are sitting on the fence to know that I too have been there and can relate to what some of them are going through. People need to fully commit to this and not half-ass building their businesses or it's never going to happen.

5. I did not take your post as a "direct assault" on me because you are 100% correct in that you do not know anything about me. There is nothing to "get" and no dark motives for me posting about my upbringing. I just wanted to let others out there know that it doesn't matter what you've been through, how much money you got, your gender, race, creed or color if you take the right course of action you will achieve some level of success. The problem as I see it nosquars is that so many people do not want to DO THE WORK or expect a miracle overnight. It simply does not work that way. You are right in that there is tons of bulls--t to sift through when listening to all the so called "gurus" out there telling you how they make $365,167.88 per month (or per day) all from the comfort of their homes while working only 4 hours per week on an island sipping a cocktail or having sex on the beach with two or more beautiful exotic women. YEAH RIGHT! If Internet Marketing were that easy don't you think more people would be doing it? It's like the claims that some MLMers make when they claim they are making so much money doing practically nothing. Of course they are doing something. They are building a downline and recruiting others to do the work.

6. First and foremost you have to understand that we ARE running a business nosquars and not a charity. I am not trying to offend or insult you although the reality is most of us in this business do what we do to make money and not for free because again this is OUR business. Basically everyone of these so called "gurus" is a marketer including myself. I am an Online Marketer who also works with Offline clients. So it amazes me when people get mad at marketers who are MARKETING their products to them in order to make money. This is what marketers do. They market. So instead of getting angry about being marketed too STUDY their marketing. Learn how they pitch and close. What emotional triggers did they push and how do they get people to part with their money? That is what folks should be doing then emulate them when marketing their own products, services and goods. Now I am not saying to go out there and rip people off like some of the "gurus" do.

With that said I agree that there are more snake oil salesmen out there selling snake oil and conning tons of innocent people out of their hard earned money. Some of these people getting ripped off are Newbies while others have been in the game for a year or longer. Regardless I don't agree that folks should be ripped off but here's where my next point is timely...

7. WHY do people buy things online from total strangers for $7, $17, $27, $37, etc. and expect that they are selling them the Miracle, Silver Bullet, Brass Ring System that would help them generate a million dollars in 90 days? Let me put it to you like this...

I can guarantee you that if you took a popular street corner for example Time Square in New York and you had two to three guys on each corner with a billboard selling their information products, courses, access to their membership sites, coaching programs, etc. etc. etc. MOST people would not buy EVEN with being able to meet the person and shake their hands in "real life" vs. reading a sales letter online or watching a video promising them the world. WHY?

Because their guard would be up as to this just sounds too good to be true. Keep in mind that you'd be in front of the person who's willing to take your money on the spot to hand you a CD ROM or USB Drive claiming that everything you need to know is on that thing and you'll be making money in no time. Would YOU buy it? Most people wouldn't but I can guarantee that some people would because they are HOPING that IT works! They are HOPING that it works like MAGIC and helps them make money. Notice I said people are hoping IT worked. I never mention that people go in thinking or realizing THEY'D have to do the work.

8. It has never failed that when most people realize THEY have to put in the time and work that they don't grumble or make excuses for why they don't get things done. They are under some assumption that the "guru" or their team was going to do the work for them and that they'd just sit back and make all the money. They assume it'll be easy and not have to put more than a couple hours a day into it. Let me ask you a couple questions now nosquars

(1) WHY would a "guru" share a system with you that is TRULY working so well and making them a ton of money for free let alone share it all so that it became saturated and

(2) WHY do people think that they don't have to put in the time and work????

You see it's like a saying I once heard... everyone wants to lose weight but no one wants to diet!

Bottom line is most people already know what they need to know in order to make money both online and offline but have either a lack of confidence, some sort of self-destructive mechanism or are just plain lazy. Yes I said lazy! What really kills me as these same "lazy" people will go work a 9 to 5 making someone else rich vs. putting that same time, dedication and hard work into their own business. Is it because those people have been programmed to work for someone else and collect a paycheck to feel secure? That may be true in most cases. They do not have the entrepreneurial mindset and yes it begins with that MOST important component... MINDSET!

I've always asked my students to take a hard look at themselves and the level of success they've had in trying to build a business from home working as an Internet Marketer. I ask them that if they were their own bosses would they have fired themselves within the first week or month because they don't treat their own business like a business rather more like a hobby? Do they put in 8, 10 or 12 hours PER DAY building their business and continuing their education on learning more about how to make money online? Do you nosquars? I know I did when I first got started taking it serious. I went DAYS without sleep and sometimes without eating just to get sh-- done!

How much money do people spend on learning new strategies, buying software/systems to enhance or build their businesses? There have been occassions where I have spent more than $30,000 PER YEAR on continuing my education or paying for tools to continue to grow my business and that does not include the hiring of outsourcers.

If you treat your business like a business it'll pay you like one but if you treat it like a hobby then it'll pay you like one! "Pottering around" isn't going to cut it nosquars.

Carlos Hilu Slim, Steve Jobs, Michael Dell, Larry Ellison, Warren Buffett, Rupert Murdoch, etc. etc. all didn't build their multi-BILLION dollar businesses by pottering around. They put in 80+ hour work weeks and also worked on weekends. Most (if not all) came from meager beginnings.

You end your post with the following statement:

"This is just my opinion I am not making big money online or anything like that or saying that I am an kind of expert/anything I am not trying to claim anything, but mere observations of the same old SHIT. Please take no offense as there should not be any to someone as helpfull as you."

You are entitled to your opinion but you are not entitled to tell me what I should take offense to especially if you are seeking me to be so helpful. Have you ever heard the saying "You can attract more bees with honey."

I hope that clears things up for you nosquars and anyone else who has read your post. I will try to make myself more available here on the board but keep in mind that I am running several businesses and have a family to attend too so I may not answer questions right away. I'm going to ask that members please be patient and that they respect my time. I don't think that's asking a lot for coming back and contributing here.

My apologies to those who felt this was a long winded post but just wanted to clarify things for nosquars and anyone else who has the mindset and expectations that he has. For those who do not know (which is probably most of you reading this) I use to have a free Internet Marketing Coaching Club and a couple LIVE streaming shows. I use to give away so much of my time, money and resources to those who promised if I would only work with them now they'd pay me for my coaching later. That didn't last because I soon realized that if one doesn't have skin in the game they won't value what they are being taught, given or receiving. I had a lot of students, partners and customers waste my time. Now I am sorry to say I that my business model has changed. The days of me giving away money, Omaha Steak packages, Christmas Trees during the holiday season and other charitable actions has gone away. It's not that the need has gone away but the gratitude and appreciation did and so for that I just pulled back and focused more on my family, close friends, businesses and the non-profit that I started. Oh and of course my latest hobby of gold prospecting ;)

Again I will try to monitor this thread more often to answer questions and reply to posts.

If I dont make it to the conference, I thought I would go ahead and ask a question =)

What is one piece of advice you would give to someone who is 22, been in the online game for a few years now, doing well, but is about to graduate college?

Hey antichrist thanks for the post. I'll try my best to try and single out one piece of advice but that is hard to do because (A) I do not know you (B) "doing well" to you may mean something totally different to me (C) not sure what you're majoring in college and how much you really want to pursue that as a career (D) you are so young

So hear it goes...

The number one piece of advice for you and anyone else is to get yourself a coach or mentor in the field of online marketing or career choice you have made with your college studies. This way you don't have to reinvent the wheel and can emulate the success of your coach and mentor. More than likely if you want ACCESS to someone who is achieving a high level of success (earning high 6 figures or 7 figures per year) you may have to pay for their coaching and mentoring. It's only fair in my opinion to pay someone for access to their knowledge and experience who is going to help you achieve success faster by helping you avoide the pitfalls. More importantly they're going to help shape your mindset for success!

You're young and have your whole life ahead of you. To be blessed enough to be able to go to college and about to graduate that is an achievement in it of itself. Congratulations on that. Now the question is what will you do with that education? I know plenty of young people who have gone to college and graduated only to realize after all that hard work, money and time invested in their education that they don't want what they went to school for as a career. They end up doing something else so I can not guess or advise what you will choose to do. Only hope that you can find a coach or mentor in your related field to help you on your journey. If you do end up finding someone and they want to charge you more money than you can afford to coach/mentor you see if you can barter with the individual. I am sure you are smart enough to be able to come up a solution that would be a win win for the both of you so you can end up with a coach/mentor.

How about a real reply... If I decide to make the trek to LV in November, (from LA, it's only 280 miles) I would like to learn more about affiliate marketing and web design with Wordpress. I've made many websites using Dreamweaver or just plain ol' html, css and php, but for the life of me, I'm struggling with Wordpress! I'm fairly new to it, so maybe it's just a learning curve, but it's been a pain. Also, I would like to learn more about digital products, or publishing online. I currently sell a book that I wrote in 2003, but it's a very limited market for the niche I'm in. I was thinking about writing a new one that was more generic so it would have mass appeal. (Basically, it's a how to start a business book)

I'm looking forward to November (if I do go) as I would love to talk in person with people more experienced than I.

Thanks for the post ScoopMaster. One of the sessions I proposed to speak on was:

Mobile Marketing Trifecta - How To Earn 5 Figures Per Month with Mobile Apps (and that's just for starters)
Theme: Leveraging Mobile Apps for Affiliate Marketing, App Flipping and Offline Gold!

So with that said if I am allowed two sessions I will speak on the Affiliate Marketing piece but how to leverage Mobile apps with Affiliate Marketing to make money. If I am just allowed the one speaking session I will definitely be covering:

Info-preneuring Your Way To 5 Figures Per Month!
Theme: Learn How To Create eBooks, Courses and Info-Products Fast and FREE Skyrocketing Your Income To 5 Figures Per Month In 90 Days!!

As I understand it currently though I will be given two speaking sessions so that I can cover both. I would prefer the Info-Preneuring because IMHO there is much more opportunity there due to the vast areas it covers. There are many ways to make money with Info-Products and you are kind of already doing that with publishing your first book that you wrote in 2003. My only suggestion is that if you're going to enter such a competitive category as How To Start a Business to niche it out more so that you can become a bigger fish in a smaller pond meaning become the expert in a more TARGETED area of How To Start a Business. For example "How To Start a Business with Less Than $500" or "How To Start a Business for Single Moms" or maybe something like "How To Start An Online Business for Newbies". Just throwing title ideas out there but do your research and don't enter the arena with a generic approach. IMHO it'll take you a lot longer to achive success.

As for your struggles with Wordpress I will not be covering that in my sessions so can't help you there but there are plenty of free resources online for that information. Try a search on YouTube.

I'm making the trek from Australia.

Really what i want to get out of this conference is get as many tips and ideas that i can to increase my profits as an affiliate marketer. So all the knowledge you can share surrounding this topic is of the highest value to me.

looking forward to it

Wow irdeto good for you for making the commitment to attend! I have never been to Australia but have always wanted to visit. Just get anxiety when flying so that is too long of a flight for me but seriously love to meet people who travel so far and are that dedicated to come to the states to learn by attending events held here. Seriously kudos to you and can't wait to meet you! When we are there please come up to me so we can meet and maybe chat about increasing your profits as an affiliate marketer. I'll do my best, time permitting, to take a look at what you're already doing that is successful and increasing upon that.

You have the right attitude and it appears the right mindset going into this thing. Just be sure to take plenty of notes. MOST IMPORTANTLY network as much as you can. Meet as many of the speakers and attendees that you can. You never know who you may be sitting next to during lunch, dinner or at the bar (I don't drink but do go for the networking). You'd be amazed how open folks can be once they've had a couple drinks

Don't ever judge a book by it's cover too. There will be millionaires in that room who don't look like they earn 7 figures or more per year. They tend to dress down and casual. They won't brag about who they are or how much money they make so don't discount anyone you may meet.

Mark, your panels sound rad! Mobile app-making's been my latest obsession and it looks like you're dishing out some App Flipping / App Marketing knowledge at the conf.

Hey Rollergirl thanks for taking the time to post and yes I hope to be able to cover:

Mobile Marketing Trifecta - How To Earn 5 Figures Per Month with Mobile Apps (and that's just for starters)
Theme: Leveraging Mobile Apps for Affiliate Marketing, App Flipping and Offline Gold!

I have been told that I will possibly have two sessions so that I can cover that topic and the topic of Info-preneuring. Personally I prefer Info-preneuring and have made much more money in that arena than in mobile although Mobile Marketing and Mobile Apps can be quite lucrative.

Please come meet me should you attend the event. I want to meet anyone who I have interacted with on this forum. This forum is full of awesome people and I am just hoping to be able to contribute something back in the way of my two presentations at UnGagged!

Stay blessed.

To anyone who has posted a question and I may have missed it please post it again and I will do my best to reply.

I did try getting back to squid and his post #17 question about needing long-term customers but the system here on the forum was giving me an error stating that my reply required moderation. Noticed that once I took quoting his post out of my reply the error went away so not sure what triggered that. Going to contact someone about that but for now here's my reply to squid and what he said in post #17:

First thanks squid for the post. My best advice to you is probably going to be the same advice I gave to antichrist which is to find yourself a coach or mentor who has achieved the level of success you desire in the MLM business and learn how they did it from them. I am not into MLMs so I'd be the wrong person to ask about succeeding in that arena. I have tried it but didn't believe (still don't) in the business model of having to recruit people and put money in my Upline's pockets. I am not saying it's the wrong model or bad. Just not right for me. There are good products out there sold using the MLM model. I just can't speak on them because I am not involved. There have been a few companies that tried recruiting me because of my Online Marketing Skills but I prefer not to get involved. Just a personal preference so please do not take offense.

As for having yet seen any of the speakers help or coach just because you have not seen it does not mean we are not doing it. No one on this forum knows what us speakers do when we are not on this board. One thing I do know is that when we do choose to help people we don't come on forums to brag about it. Just not classy.

Hope that helps you out squid.

I've actually purchased a few of your and Jubilees' products before and I know you're pretty good at
marketing stuff.
What I would like to know is how successful are you are implementing what you sell.
I can't get to the US but would really like to hear you speak.
I've been in mobile since its inception an found that most stuff sold on WF ain't worth a damn.
If I get one idea or enlightened to something I don't know I've had a result.

Hey oxonbeef thanks for taking the time to post. I'd also like to thank you for purchasing products that my wife Jubilee and I have put out. Your kind words about us being good at marketing is much appreciated too. Now to answer your question...

We have never put out stuff that we have not implemented ourselves. We would never tell someone in a training product, info product or coaching program to go do something we have not done or put into practice ourselves. I have been complimented on in the past by more "well-known" marketers and IMers for being a person who is in the trenches and not just talking about methods and strategies. I live and breathe this stuff and is probably one of the reasons I feel that I am good at it.

This is a "full time" thing for us and not something we do part-time. I would say to beware of those part-time IMers who keep a full-time job in a COMPLETELY unrelated field yet are selling you a WSO on how to make TENS of THOUSANDS of dollars per day, week or month yet can't do it themselves! I have not had a job in over 15 years. I believe going on 17 years actually. We, my wife and I, have been working for ourselves (from home) for quite some time now. We've taught this to our kids too and they too have achieved some level of success at it as well.

My wife and I actually do what we tell others to do. We don't keep things to ourselves and share systems that are dried up, used up and saturated. We've never been afraid of telling our students, customers and personal coaching clients about what we are focusing on NOW. In order to do that though we continue the Learning Process by attending events like Ungagged, hiring coaches and mentors and improving our knowledge by experience and not just reading about things. You have to put things into action or you'll never gain the experience.

That's great that you're into mobile. There are a lot of areas to make money in Mobile. Just focus on one or two and become the expert at that. Carve out your niche and become the big fish in a smaller pond.

As for the WF we have not launched an Info-Product or WSO on there in a while. Which kind of lends credibility, I think, to the fact that we don't just talk the talk but actually walk the walk. We're not Info-Product whores (excuse my language) who NEED to sell WSOs in order to make a living and survive. Not that it's bad or wrong. I am just saying that we have our own full-time businesses practicing what we preach and teach.

Those that put out crappy products will have Karma bite them in the rear soon enough although can you blame those people? If the demand is there because people keep buying from them, whether the products are good or not, they are going to keep creating them because every time they put up an offer or send an email they make money. I can't speak for everyone on the WF but personally have experienced the good and bad types there. I've been ripped off and have been blessed to learn things that increased my income at times.

I do agree that there can be some piss poor quality products as well as great quality products on the WF but I have to be honest, I've learned a lot there just like I've learned a lot here on BHW by studying others and how they market. By studying what others do and how they do it. I actually like the WF and have to attribute a lot of my success to the folks I've met there, knowledge I acquired there and opportunities that have been presented to me there. This isn't a WF bashing post so let me be clear on that. I love this forum too and again have learned a lot here on BHW, met some great people here and have been presented opportunities here as well. Each forum or experience with each forum is going to be what you make it!

You can't paint everyone or the entire WF with the same brush. Just because of a few bad apples you don't throw out the whole bag. You have to sift through the material, do your due diligence and research before you invest in anyone's products, courses, software, membership sites, etc. Testimonials can be bought or gotten for free by giving our evaluation copies so don't just go by testimonials.

When my wife and I put out products we make ourselves TOTALLY accessible by email and more importantly cellphones. That's what I think makes the difference. What Support System is in place to support YOU? Do the people you are planning on buying something from have the Support System that you would like or need in order to help you succeed. Folks can reach us practically 24/7 because we CHOOSE to be there like that for our customers and students. Not many IMers support their own products. They have support staff or don't support them at all. They disappear or discontinue the product/s all together but we are still here.

Often you can't reach a lot of product creators because for some strange reason they feel that their time is more important than their customers' time yet they'll take your money in a jiffy! I can understand when you've made thousands of sales of a product that you can't simply be there for every single person but that's when they should hire AND TRAIN a good support staff, offer continuing education in the form of webinars or set up some way for their products to be CONSUMED. Where is the accountability in what they're selling? Who is holding them accountable if not the customer? Lots of people by products and just let them collect digital dust on their hard drives. In order to change that I feel product creators should put into place some way of making sure their information is being consumed and acted on by holding the customers accountable just like the customer should hold the vendor accountable that what they promised and sold them is accurate.

Lastly I believe it also boils down on the Level of Expectation these IMers set of their Info Products, software and services. They some times over promise and under deliver which as you know can lead to a world of problems. We can't simply hold every customer's hand or possibly know what their level of understanding and knowledge is but we do have to try. Most vendors don't even try.

Okay I believe this reply has gone way too long but hope it has helped you oxonbeef.

Hi Mark, thanks again for taking so much of your time out of your incredibly busy schedule to contribute, I hope everyone appreciates it as much as the UnGagged team. You wanted 2 speaker sessions and after such assistance how could we possibly refuse? Mark will be doing 1 session Saturday Nov 15 and 1 on Monday Nov 17. Mark is 1 of approximately 30 speakers, imagine what you could take away from UnGagged? http://ungagged.com/programme.html

Hi there,

Thanks for speaking at the conference! I will be sure to introduce myself to you at the event :) it will be great to connect. I'm also in the affiliate marketing world so if we get the chance I'd love to chat.

BUT, funnily enough I am actually most interested in the second one of your presentations. I've got a question though: will your presentation be relevant to all types of digital products, or only info products? I've got a non-info product that isn't in the usual IM niches (e.g. dating, IM, business etc). I'll probably be looking to attend any presentations that will be covering that.

Another thing: you seem to have a really great grip on taking your money, and investing it well in virtual real-estate. At this conference, I'm really hoping to learn more and get more ideas on how to invest my money in the most efficient way possible. So, what I'm most eager to learn, is ways to build a sustainable flipping business where the work is predominately outsourced/easily managed (only so many hours in a day!). Whether this is through minimizing the work involved, or being able to get and train an assistant to follow particular processes, I'm really keen to learn more about this. So if you're not sure what to talk about, then if you know much about this and were to speak on it (whether through presentation or outside of presentations) you can be sure that at least one person would go away feeling very inspired and excited

Thanks for taking the time to post Windmill and the kind words.

As for my presentation being relevant to all types or just digital products it'll be relevant to all types. One has to know how to market their digital products in physical format too for a couple reasons.

1. There are still folks who like to hold something tangible in their hands and read or learn from it.

2. There is good money in offering your digital course or info-product in physical format as well because of the (sometimes) higher perceived value of a physical product. An example is I can sell a course or info-product for $7 to $27 as a WSO (digital product) but that same product can be burned on a CD ROM or DVD and go for $37 to $197 at a local chamber because of the higher perceived value. Local businesses will pay more money so that means you can make more money selling less copies of the product.

I also am not just in the "usual" IM niches. There are some really obscure niches that we do well in. Not great but well.

As for the VRE (Virtual Real Estate) investing I've been telling folks to get involved with it for years. Whether you're flipping apps, domains or sites it can be quite lucrative. Aged/seasons domains can make you quick money and depending on if you build it out the value can go up exponentially to the right buyer or investor.

As for building a sustainable flipping business that all boils down to two things:

1. Your understanding of what you have or acquire and the value you put on it and

2. The team you put together to help you with this business. Most importantly your Project Manager. They're going to be really important in your building, training and managing your team so don't be afraid to offer them a percentage of the various businesses as well as Performance Bonuses.

Hope this helps and look forward to meeting you at the conference!
