SpamVilla, anyone used them?

Hello all, sorry if it is in wrong section but it wasn't fitting anywhere else. I recently searched for Gmail/Youtube accounts services on Google and it brings spamvilla.com as result and also they are quite cheap. Are they reliable and can they be trusted?
