hello so i'm see many spam comments in ant new website i make .
my question is : does that help them rank or get backlinks etc ....
if i did the same and start spamming my site in every site comment/review section will that help my site rank or have negative impact on it

That is about the lowest level of SEO one can generate and has the same value as a car with no engine or transmission.

Don't waste your time as you won't even get the value of a pile of toxic waste.

You can do better with your time/bots.

i could easily make similar bots , but i don't want to waste any time on that before knowing is it worthy or not

these can go well for tier2+,
sure thing spammy comment links are not as good,
but with a decent scraped list with a low OBL can still provide some value,

not the spammy ones with 20+ comments/links & not something that you would find in public free/sold lists,
you'll have to take your time scraping & filtering to get decent ones

They use bulk posting software like GSA-SER. The sites are mostly churn & burn projects which end up losing ranks or completely deindexed. Moreover, spam works only to some extent in certain niches like adult, pharma, cbd, gambling, etc. where their competitors apply similar strategies. So, it's trash vs trash when Google tries to rank one site against another.

If you manually post spam comments (instead of automation) on a money site (instead of churn & burn project) in mainstream niche (instead of spammy niche) to compete with white hat sites (instead of shady sites), then it's a fail-fail-fail-fail. There are too many things wrong with this strategy.

it's won't be hard to get good sites
i mean u can get all domain that activated years ago related to niche u want then filter them passed on their visitors and seo ranking
but it's worthy as it looks

niche/language relevant ones with lowest possible OBL that would approve the comments,
that's the best you can get and that's hard to get with automation, irrelevant links can still do the work, but with recent updates they're not as good,
all depending on the niches & competition as well, not going to work the same with all of them,

the thing is, Google won't really know if this is a "comment" link, it will be a part of the html page content, just another content added,
the whole thing is where and in which pages can you get this links added, you won't find such links in any of the "authority" websites in most cases,
neither it will be a contextual link or placed at the top of the page content & could be a nofollow one in many cases,
but it's still a link, within the right pages/websites it will pass some of the link juice,

i've came across some websites relying totally on comment (& forum) links in different niches,
a good example would be niche specific recipes websites, where many just comment on other recipe blogs with the website/author name as the anchor,
many of them are actually doing well in terms of ranking & profit
