Yeah, I get the link ratios are wild, but they could be getting featured on legit sites repeatedly.
I guess they could be mass page sites, or programmatic content, and they're just ranking for a ton of longtail terms.
I think Ahrefs shows the organic keywords number for the top 100 of a SERP, so I guess they could all be really low almosta-rankings.
Still, based on my experience auditing sites, when you see something with THAT many organic keywords, they tend to have legitimate rankings and traffic.
Google doesn't just arbitrarily award 400k organic keyword rankings. (LoL)
Most link spammed sites I see have pretty close to zero keywords ranking, or less than 100, or something.
Even most PBNs don't have more than about 5k keywords ranking, and that's the good ones! >.<
Mister is right, we need more information, but even so, if this is really spam, then teach me your ways! LOL
