Spam, Scam & Commercially Deceptive Content

So my account was suspended because of the following violations.
I have noticed this happen to me for the second time already and my guess is after you're accepted in YTPP and then you get demonetized , your chances of uploading the same content that got you demonetized is slim to none. After I managed to enable monetization on that very account and started uploading the same videos , I got suspended in a week's time (for the second time)

So my guess is that if your account was demonetized ONCE and you managed to monetize it again , the next violation will result in a suspension (unless you're uploading original content)

Any similar experiences regarding this topic?

shit i never knew that however it depends on what all uve done on ur accounts.

if uve done a severe violation like spam or comment spam u will get suspended without a strike so without knowing what kind of content u uploaded or whatever other activity occurred on ur account we can't know for sure and give a clear answer.

usually only spam results in an immediate suspension without warning coz it falls under severe violation

this is the problem with monopolies
