I started out in tube sites and few small communities then moved onto blog's and job boards i had no schooling i was just dumped into it from a bad investment and just hated to see my money got to waste so i learned along the way to get thing's rolling and never looked back since i have learned seo, afill marketing, advance PS and basic site building skills all from ton's of reading and great help video's on youtube and now taking mini idea course's on BHW lol but not going to rap yall heads off but glad to be here.

Now to the real noobs take full use of the free stuff they offer on here make's my life so much easier and make sure you thanks these guys and give em rep cause they give some great and very useful stuff away.

I'm also new and ready to get the ball rolling. Just don't know where to start. What do you recommend? Affiliate sites? Clickbank? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hey there - I'm also from Philly, from the North East. I started my online business as a freelance writer, which I fell into when I really needed some money because I was in foreclosure. I fell in love with it and decided on getting my journalism degree (hence my screen name).
Then, one of my writing clients asked if I could build links, and I figured it can't be that difficult (ha what did I know?), so I said yes. That was a year and a half ago and I've since expanded to include full SEO services (unofficially though since I don?t have a link on my site, it?s by word of mouth.).

Luckily, I've been doing pretty well with it; so much so that it's now 50 percent of my business now.

Wish you the best of luck in the business

I will add lots of neat tools next week. All of them free. The pay stuff isn't ready yet so... Go check it out

will mike knight welcome and yes clinkbank is a great start it took me 3 months to make a sale only because i was learning but the best help i can give you that was giving to me by a person that was a online master he just didn't give me any master tips lol but he always told the object is to get your affil links in front of as many people as you can now you no the basic place's FB,twitter etc.. use em but don't drive alot of your time into them look for new one that a million people already using i do 2 thing i look for popular underground sites with great traffic and great ranking because ranking is key cause if ranking is low they have great traffic or #2 buy cheap traffic from places like adfocus or adfly i use both there ok for clickbank but better for amazon affil because amazon they click your ad for a 2000.00 tv but don't buy they might want a ps3 or computer and you still get paid just because there surf and spent money thur your lead clickbank is more for people that has great skills in getting target traffic amazon you have more chances to make money also look into cpa offers they do ok.
