I was spoke with a friend, than I had something long to write, so I was prefer to record myself, I recorded and send to him, than he told me that he hear people talking , and I was like which people?
than I listen to my record and I really heard 2 people talking about some bullshit things and listening to music. and NO it is not my TV.
What it can be? it was on skkype

If you were recording using you computer maybe there was some other page open that had voices and it leaked through somehow.

Try and record again and see if you can replicate the issue.

It was on my smartphone. and I tried again and it's never happend again.
I think I should check whats running on my android
 
My advice is not to stress over it. Nothing bad has happened :)

hahahah just kidding, I can't explain this either, but I've heard of similar situations, mostly with photos/pictures take with cameras and smartphones.
