Someone Uploaded My Video.

Hi!
My channel has recently been terminated and I have realised someone uploaded my video on their YouTube channel. What can I do about this?
The video wasn't mine it is something I found on the internet but it has my channel name in the video.

too bad but if you could u can create another channel with the same name and when those people visit the video that was stolen from u they will see the name of ur channel and visit it again. btw, y did u channel get terminated ?

Same name good idea but wouldn't youtube delete that channel as well

I'm not sure bro .Maybe they wont cuz many people have channels with similar names.

Monetized your account? If the other person has done the same thing, well the same fate will land on their shoulders. It's easy to setup you tube accounts. I have at least 40 at at time. But the 4 I monetize only share my own content or fair use content. Don't clone peoples work.

My channel wasn't terminated because of this specific video. And I never had a problem with copyright.

I did create a new account and even outranked that video but it got terminated again.

I have a question I wish you could help me with .Have you received payments from Adsnese using this way of monetizing videos that are not urs ?(I heard that people who monetize videos that are not theirs get their adsense account banned at the day of payment and im not sure if it is true) if yes then thats is good cuz the most important thing is to not lose your Adsesne account.If they take out ur channel its ok , just try to see what went wrong with it so the experienced people here can help you out.Tell us everything u did regarding ur channel that may have had somthing to do with ur channel being terminated( buying views ,likes , comments ..etc )

I've been getting paid since 2 years this video by it's self made more than $1200
I didn't buy views etc. But it happened after I opened a second channel. The second channel got terminated youtube said I used bot but I never did.
