Someone Selling in China

I have a product which i purchased from CHINA. Plan was to sell this product on Amazon US. But later on i came to know that product had some trademark issues. So i can't ship that product from China to US as On custom clearance my product will be failed. My supplier is not ready to give refund so i have only option to sell this product within china.

I don't have much experience with Chinese marketplaces or Stores. So if someone can sell this product for me or have better suggestion. We can work together. Profit will be shared 50-50. Product cost is $7 and can sell upto $30.

I'm share more info with interested people only.

I've imported copyrighted goods from China. How many products are you talking about here? Is it coming by sea freight?

It's a risk that it would be seized, of course, but if you're shipping via air (DHL Express, for example), odds seem pretty low. I think you can import and just sell on eBay...
 
Please tell me the detailed information, I come from China, engaged in e-commerce work.
 
You can import them if you use an express service like dhl, i ve been importing branded items with dhl and no issue for years....but this depends on your country as well, i dont know how things work or how strick in USA. You could also dropship the product maybe...There are plenty solutions
