You're already paying for it.So I am paying some random dude that keeps getting a few accounts verified. However, he must be submitting the information somewhere so Instagram can look at it. Does anyone know where they are doing this? I am willing to pay for the info.
The chances are that even if you know the url, you wouldn't be any closer, because the verification process requires human touch as in someone knows someone over at Instagram, who does the verifications on the side for a fee.

Correct. Blue Check Mark on Instagram. I got two verified this week, but obviously they are submitting the info I give them. I would do it myself but cant find where to do that.

Basically most of these people know Community Operations officers who work in Instagram who can verify accounts. They have connections inside Instagram, I mean sometimes the people offering verification too work for Instagram themselves, and they're doing it on the side to get money. Although you should note that verification can be taken away, very easily in fact. If another one of the officers stumbles upon your account, and it doesn't seem to represent a public figure, or it looks like spam, then they can revoke the verification. It's happened to a bunch of accounts that buy verification, which is why I wouldn't recommend doing it.
