Somebody is doing negative SEO for my two websites.I have already disavowed the link but he is still doing. Is there any way to report this and will it harm my site ranking?

You just have to keep on disavowing.

It happenned to me and continues to, especially when some of my very competitive keywords draw closer to the 1st page.

Some folks are just the scum of this world.

Congrats Bro!
When this starts happening to you, that means you reached some serious milestone.
Time to disavow and sharpen your weapons.

Welcome to the first page of Goog brah!
This happens in real life everyday business and it sure as hell happens online.
This just means you have the caught the attention of your competition and like above time to lazer focus on your A game.
keep checking daily and and keep doing your job to keep your site at #1.
just a part of life, haters will always hate and winners will always figure out a way to win!!!!

Keep disavow file updated.
qa, forum, blog posts - try to remove them via emailing to webmasters, it helps me a lot.

No one knows Disavowing links works or not. If i were you, I would keep building more quality links and strengthening my root. Make your site authority and well established. Then you don’t need to worry about neg seo anymore.

Sad that there are people who spend the resources to get you into trouble. But I think part of the problem also lies in the tool itself- once turned on, it will continuously work thereafter with minimal intervention.
Had this in the past, even someone clicked bombed me, and there's very little that you can do. Keep disawowing the links, and keep check of the progress. Most of the time, the spam links will have very little to no effect, due to the spam nature of the links.

Had this happen on my first ecommerce site back in 2011, they were blasting 1000s links every day, nothing I could do and my site got deindexed. I feel for you.

I get spammed all the time but my sites are strong enough that I don't need to do anything, just get quality links and big G will likely ignore the crap.

Remember it's a relative game. Competition got you bad links? Do the same for all of them.

If I was your competitor, spamming the hell out of your website and suddenly I would notice I get spammy links too - I would stop. The reason will be fear because once someone uses the same tactics on me I would start thinking harder and perhaps leave these childhood tactics in order to build actually good links to my own website, spending time on disavowing the crappy links you just sent at me.

Setup a machine with a nice bot, exit all programs and optimize it to use 110% of it's power to build millions of links + buy some shady link building service. That should to the trick - just knock 'em off the grid.

I hope you're doing well, it's one of a marketing way to let you down so you just disavow it again and keep reach your goal :)

I've never reached the front page of Google so I'm not entirely sure what to do if this happened to me. But I think LatteGrande is also right about building more quality links on top of disavowing the negative ones.
