Someone is copying my articles

I didn't say it was public content. I said if content is public, ie if content is publically viewable on the internet, and not part of a membership site or behind a paywall, etc then it can be scraped. All this advice about blocking ip addresses or user agents is a waste of your time. We all know that they can and will grab the content if they wish using proxies or VPN's. Half the journeys on this site are about reposting other people's content.

Yes I'm earning money with Instant Articles. When people read the same news with news title on their page they won't click on my articles because they already read and I lose earning.

Hi. My articles are shared and monetized on Facebook. They copy it from my website and post it on their Facebook page+group.

Hi, sorry I might have not express my post correctly. By posting "My articles are mostly on Facebook" I meant that I don't use Google (Adsense) to earning money but post my articles on Facebook (this is where I earn money). The infringer is also using the copied articles to earn money on Facebook (page and group). That's why I'm not interested in Google's response. I've been contacting their domain host provider and also Facebook.

No I haven't checked it. How does it work? Do hosting companies or Facebook obliged to remove their contents if they're breaking the DMCA? Because I only use Facebook to distribute my articles.

Under attack mode add a delay of 5 seconds before someone enter the site, the the script has to check if you are a real person and not a bot.
Majority of people from search engine will just bounce because they doesn't like to wait (it's a bit like if your site is slow in loading content).
People bouncing from your site is not seen as a good thing from google

I saw a lot of duplicate contents around the internet. The duplicate one maybe disappear after they have enough view to get some ad. If you try to get rid of the duplicate, it may try to duplicate your content more. They are really hard to get rid of, really.

Why are you worried about it? These spam sites cannot go too far with this approach.

They've been going around for months now and stealing my earning. I monetize my articles on Facebook and they copied my articles and distributing it through Facebook as well. When people read their article they won't read mine.

kindly check dmca website , make a account and put the code on ur website. after one year of free account they will shutdown any website which copies your content.

yes they have legal rights and the website which copied your website will be removed from online.
