I think it's because Facebook is slow in updating, you can wait and refresh continuously so that Facebook can update again. Usually, Facebook will be slow to update about 3-5 minutes, I've had this happen many times before and sometimes it can be slow up to 30 minutes, so please wait. Or you can calculate it manually without waiting for updates from Facebook.

It’s possible that the generated leads might not meet the criteria to be displayed in the dashboard. Such as being merely not clicks. You could double check the filters and settings in your ad account to ensure all data is displayed correctly

You can double check the console, you contact support, also you just double check everything if you still don't see any clicks then it is phantom clicks.

I also had the same problem as you and checked again, it was fake clicks or 1 customer clicked many times leading to different display on the camp and the results were not the same.
