Someone had this before?

I started to work a business.
And in my faceoboks ads account I see that 11 leads has been created. but when I go to their affiliate dashboard and i see only 2
It is definitely virtual click.

Maybe it's an inconsistency between the two calculations, or it could also be due to virtual clicks

I think it's because Facebook is slow in updating, you can wait and refresh continuously so that Facebook can update again. Usually, Facebook will be slow to update about 3-5 minutes, I've had this happen many times before and sometimes it can be slow up to 30 minutes, so please wait. Or you can calculate it manually without waiting for updates from Facebook.

I have encountered this problem before, the problem is your pixel count it is not displaying correctly

There may be customers who live or comment on your advertising post

Maybe Meta's counter hasn't been updated yet, please refresh the page to update the data or wait a little longer for the counter to work.

You can capture your campaign for everyone to see, because customers come from many different sources

it depends on what fb actually considers a lead vs your affiliate

Did you check your dashboard's stats? I think it might be a bug from Facebook.

There may be a difference in how Facebook and your dashboard count leads, or one side counts the same person multiple times.

Technical errors from Facebook or the linking system may cause inconsistencies in data display

It's possible your pixels aren't providing accurate data or are registering fake clicks. Sometimes, even viewing your own ads from a different account can count as a click.

It’s possible that the generated leads might not meet the criteria to be displayed in the dashboard. Such as being merely not clicks. You could double check the filters and settings in your ad account to ensure all data is displayed correctly

You can double check the console, you contact support, also you just double check everything if you still don't see any clicks then it is phantom clicks.

Maybe the data is not synchronized between facebook and the linked dashboard, please refresh the dashboard, if there is a file, please download it to compare the data

I also had the same problem as you and checked again, it was fake clicks or 1 customer clicked many times leading to different display on the camp and the results were not the same.
