Hello guys

someone copied my whole website with the source code and the the contents
domain is in .ru

now i submitted a dmca notice to the google and now those google guys said we are not sure who are the copyright owner seriously my website is completely copied and all the contents are same.

Now the main part is that the copied sites is ranking first page on the google and my site is traffic drooped completely.

Well can anyone help me to take down that website and remove it from google search.

I don't think anyone can remove it except Google. How old is your site, and how old is the .ru site that copied your content?

yes i am following with the google dmca too and they thought that its been not copied i dont know how to convince them

That's really odd, because if yours is 2 years older it would be pretty obvious who's copying who? Hopefully someone with more knowledge on this subject can shime in.
 
FInd out the hosting of the other site and submit a DMCA to the hosting company.
Also, send a mail to the other site owner threatening that you are going to court and will put him in jail.

these russian people are to smart and they use those russian hosting which are not part of the dmca rule os US country'
so from removing the google is the main solution here well finding hosting and sending dmca will do nothing but still giving a try here as previously the same thing happens and that time hosting and domain providers did nothing
 
Use archive.org to show your content was up before they copied you, that should be fairly easy and provides concrete proof to Google.

I don’t think that this can somehow affect the ranking of your site. Google does not like dual-site sites, even without complaints everything is already so obvious .. when you have the correct sitemap and everything is spelled out in a robots.txt, many pages are already indexed ... why are you worried?

P.S I don't think so that they have done on-page optimization, link building, etc.

they completely cloned my site all the contents i mean everything
well that domain is first page on google and already outrank my site

thats why i am worried about this time so want to remove that site from google websearch

no idea same happen with my one more site but that time google removed it from search results
now this time i dont know what got them they are unable to understand that the ru site is completely copied :(
 
How long after posting new content does the other site do it?

If you do minor changes on a page, do they also appear on the other site?

by using curl they completely copied the site as the front page is having the links to other pages
and the other pages i mean the post pages the last contents are from sep 19 and until that he did not done anything

now the main page is ranking on the first page on the archive page too its from 2017 to 2018 :(

from the copyscape found that two .ru sites are copied the contents
but the one i am worried on the first page and the second one no idea about that
