Ask him to start a new youtube channel where he will display all his work and try to rank his channel in the first page of google am sure he will catch someones eyes if hes good .
 
Tell him to sell at Fiverr ,or you can post his some draw in BHW market place,and put a nice description of drawing charge and instruction,Hope your Bro must be gain huge amount
 
A friend of mine is a very good artist, she got herself in with a company that run a gallery and have websites, they sell prints of her works and originals and she's made a LOT of money and has a bit of a following now too.

I think this is a good approach if he can find someone and if his work is any good.
 
He's wanting to monopolize his brother's talents. Obviously his bro isn't into marketing.

Take a pic of one he thinks is best, and if he's wanting to share it, it'll happen.
 
I think your brother should start on his own by creating his own portfolio website. Then to invest some money in SEO services that will help him to gain some visibility on the market.
This niche could be very profitable but - as in any other business out there - exposure and marketing is the key to get new clients and bring the cash home.
 
try opening a website on sketch gallery and take orders to make sketches!
 
as cryptons says above. your obviously into websites so make him a site. take paypal payments and let people send you a photo somehow. Over to you then to rank it for something relevant. :)
 
There's a reason for the term "starving artist". Search art licensing or go to licensing dot org
 
Why doesn't he just get a job as a graphic designer?
