Guys...

I see many people around here continuing to chase "methods", quick bucks and so on...

Please... take a deep breath and stop.

I was also chasing get rich quick methods previously and honestly, it's not the way to go.

You can ask all the older members around here, @BassTrackerBoats and others...

THIS IS NOT WHAT DIGITAL MARKETING IS ABOUT.

If you follow this, you will sooner or later reach a point in your life, where you will ask yourself "What the fuck am I doing with my life?"

Money is nice to have (if you can have it with your methods...) but at the end, you will truly regret jumping for years from method to method...

The only thing that will make you happy is creating a business you enjoy and giving value to the world with a great offer and making your customers happy.

YOU ARE WHAT YOU GIVE BACK TO THE WORLD... and anyone telling me the opposite will sooner or later realise that it is wrong.

Just, stop looking at your screen two seconds and ask yourself what you are doing with your life.

It's not about selling the last trending chatbot, dropshipping a product you don't give a fuck about, selling this ebook which has no value or affiliate product which you don't even use for yourself! It's about meaning, doing something which makes you feel you are bringing to this world and in the online world more than just a random product which you absolutely don't care at all.

And you will maybe not believe me now, but you will sooner or later...

Focus on something which is important to you and has meaning, do you really want to reach 40 and ask yourself what the hell you have been building in your life except "winning money"?

Good luck in finding your purpose, and realise NOW that digital marketing is a tool, a tool to achieve your GOALS and by goals I mean having a mission, vision and values that you display to the world, this is the reason you should use digital marketing... everything else is shit and if it's not how you think about it, it will be in a few years, the sooner you realise it, the better.

Treat your business as your child and give it the same amount of love, have a great day

Fish

So true. Totally agree with you.
At the times of tremendous and chaotic content creation we need to be sure of doing things that matter, that are needed for the universe. We should be led by the desire to create something solid and unique for the world.

This was such an insightful post, I figured out this a few months ago and started to work on my authority blog and I've never felt more fulfilled. It really and truly comes back down to your purpose and what you want to contribute to this world. I still got a project going that's purely for making money but it's then invested back into this authority blog to assist in spreading my message and contribute to my purpose. Eventually, as my purpose starts to gain more traffic and makes a good ROI, I'll drop the project that's purely for making money and fully focus on my authority blog and my purpose in life. Really great to see a post like this from you @Willyfish, great stuff right here. I think many people needed to hear this one today.

I blew your cover once, but I'ma say it again.

You're the guy who keeps posting youtube comments like

"If you are reading this, may all your dreams come true, success will come your way"

from like 100s of accounts.

I was watching a clip about dan pena and I saw you in the comment section a few minutes ago

After 5+ years of doing this, I'm starting to relate to what you say... Money is cool, but I need something that will truly make me happy

Honesty towards yourself always catches you sooner than later...

Some people are just better than others to mislead themselves for a longer period of time that what they do has some kind of meaning... and then you take a slap in your face one day while you look at yourself in the mirror, and you finally grow up and go in the right direction.

"The oldest fish in the world is the Greenland shark, with a 392-year-old female specimen being the oldest ever discovered. With a lifespan of at least 272 years, Greenland sharks are now the longest-living vertebrates known on Earth, according to scientists."

I am less happy with my life with my white hat money than I was with my black hat money. Actually I've never felt so bad except when I was 10 and I was paid for peeling potatoes for my parents. But to each their own. Going back to black hat.

I was living with $300 per month and $2000 per month. Certainly the second option is way better, just don't rob people or do something antisocial.
