    I need a website hosted and considering Hostgator,


    Does anyone have any experience with them?

    They were good, but not now at least for me. I left them already.
    Not an anti EIG, but all properties owned by EIG are worst in term of quality and service.

    You'd better search for another hosting company beside EIG.

    Their tech support is average. If you are lucky you get good support.

    Hostgator is very poor so better to go with some other..

    never had a good experience with them stay away - there are plenty hosters which offer you more performance and better service

    Just be careful not to buy from a reseller, because it means you could be getting a better deal elsewhere.
