some questions Would hope experts can answer

So I have been searching and doing lots of analysis when it comes to shitcoins and how to make money from them ( buy early and get out as fast as you can)

Found a bunch of websites to actually learn about new coins ( poocoin.app and tokensniffer)
I was actually very surprised as to how many new coins are created every minute

I have two questions:

1- How easy is it to create a coin if its just for shit and giggles? for example with my name on it or something like that? Just as a joke

2- Can anyone recommend any "coin launch sniper" that would buy me a coin right at launch ?
