And it seems to work as someone dropping 250 posts in 48h, unless he is an SEO genius which clearly is not the case, is polluting the space with junk.

@ICUdoLob you should grow accounts slowly, mate. Use proxies, do like 10-20 posts/day, grow multiple accounts slower instead of one fast. Then make a BST and give yourself positive reviews and bumps. Ups! WTF! Who put these thoughts in my head?!

They selling some yandex.browser mod but all there 'sales' are guys with one post!!... like are most people just gonna read these 1 post newbie reviews and go 'wow awesome' or are they really just shooting themselves in the foot. I don't know what to think anymore.

Oh so I was not the only one to receive a PM telling me to "stay away" from posting proxies in the proxy section because it got a lot of users banned? (It was my first and only post there).

Right thing to do was for him to reply publicly and state concern. Not boss people around via PM.

The whole truth was he sent me a PM after I posted about 15 residential public proxies and told me people have got banned for posting "too few proxies" and I should avoid posting there and it was just a "friendly heads up".
Considering he is about the only poster there he probably sent that to other people and a "hidden agenda wrapped up as a good deed" was obvious in that case.

Yes, but he did reply publicly too. When in doubt, check with mods. I don't see any written rules about minimum proxies per post. What I do see for proxy list is this :
