It is extremely easy to scrape a huge list of public proxies nowdays with tons of websites and tons of software readily available to parse data from sites across the net.
And because it is so easy, most of what you find posted is of very low quality with majority data center proxies. With other words, very low value of scraped lists.
However, finding public residential proxies is as well easy but requires a little more finesse, making them a little more valuable than public proxy lists.
Here is a couple of US residential proxies I managed to get while writing my own software. Enjoy.
Note as with all scraped proxies, I cannot guarantee any uptime of these so use as fast as possible for your specific purpose.
