As I personally noticed, the geographic area index is much wider than before, you set the geographic area to 40km but in fact it only ranges around 70-80km, making the ad distribution not to the right audience, and CPM increases, web traffic decreases.

Forget FB for gambling, the only one thing you can do is provide a social casino where people play with fake token money and then you try to convert them to the real money product, but I have never, ever seen any casino do this with a surplus/increased bottom line.
