Some New Update for PBN?

No one can protect your pbn from google , if you are in big boy serps and using a pbn then that pbn can get deindexed anytime.

Web spam team know that atlest one site in top ten for big boy serps is using a pbn and a few clicks on their pc will make your pbn a open book. (at that speed they can deindex upto 1k sites /hour)

Seems like they are handing over manual penalty on large scale. If you see the comments on that link, a lot of people are reporting the same thing. Maybe another fear tactic.

Looks like the trigger for this massive hit is the register / whois data

90% of people don't know how to build a PBN and most of those people trying to build them, have not even ranked a site and know less about SEO tham my Cat.
Buying some expired domains, putting up some shit content, then leaving footprints everywhere, isn't going to cut it.

My network is 100% indexed, and no money site rankings have been effected.

Mass de-indexing = algorithmical change = requires footprint.

Every PBN that put links to the same target sites leaves a footprint. Any network that sells packages will die sooner or later.

Exactly.

Google works in broad strokes: Find "unatural" pattern. Write an algorithm that detects it. Minimize the false positives.

If you build your own PBN carefully, you'll be fine. (Emphasis being on Private in the "PBN")

There is only so much algos can do to differentiate between two sites, both offering value and linking back to another site.

If multiple SEOs have access to a network and they talk about it in public, then it's not Private anymore. Matt will definitely delegate someone to look into it sooner or later. I just read the whole post+comments on NoHatDigital and am amazed how these guys didn't use multiple registrar accounts and fake registration information for their PBN domains and wonder why they got slapped so hard.

TIP: When registering an old expired domain for your PBN, do some research and find out who the previous owner was and use a partially modified name, address and email similar to the original one when registering. And use different registrar accounts for each batch of 5-10 domains, depending on the size of your network.

They were leaving obvious footprints, not changing registrar names and even using WMT with those PBN sites. You have to reduce footprints in order to not allow Google to find your sites, otherwise you are giving away your PBN and loosing domains.

Very true, I like this site and find them guys legit, but how can you teach people about how to run a PBN if you are not using fake registration info yourself? Thats such a rookie mistake.

@ registrar accounts: Do you mean just to switch the registrars and use your real name or even create fake registrar accounts? THe problem I see with the later is that if some of your sites get hacked or something, its difficult to get them back if you used a fake information and therefore can not prove that you are the real owner.

The PBN was built gradually and too about 1 year. 40% of the domains are hosted in seo hosting rest on A class ips. I preferred aged domains over PR all are niche specific. All Public whois. All site have atleast 10 pages without external link. Each site has FB/G+ page

know less about SEO tham my Cat.

Please tell your Cat that I am no longer interested in his/her services; I had considered sending all my business there but that negative review has changed my mind.

May I ask if you have the same real name on all 439 website Whois registry ? Also, do you have 439 unique facebook and g+ profiles OR you share couple profiles with all those sites ?

Thank you.

- The ones I registered 8 months back (about 10%) have same name but different emails/address. The reason was the moment I used to use fake details domain registrar used to ask for verification. But post that I used all different names on each of them. The domains are spread over 4 registrars; and about 90% of domains are on single registrar which does check whois details.
- Facebook 40 account hosts all the fb pages.
- G+ All 439 are different.

Thats my daily routine. I have even nightmares for past 1 week that my PBN will get deindexed :P I woke up in middle just to check whether my domains are still indexed or not yesterday :P With so much activity going around PBN it has become quite a difficult commodity to maintain especially with some much time and money at stake.

Im' just thinking that domain whois privacy will help us to not leave footprints...is that right?

Actually no. If all your backlinks are from domains with whois privacy that is a footprint too ;)

Just noticed something funny.

Check the results on the first page for this query on google
