Solution to being shadowbanned for multiple accounts?

I didn’t promote nothing
Just was the same channel in different languages such as Mind Warehouse, Mr Beast and those guys
The 4 channels have earnings more than 800 dollars per month so I want to keep all of them

Youtube does not shadow ban for having multiple accounts, they allow it also you can link multiple youtube accounts to one adsense or multiple adsense with different information of course that shadow ban might be for something else, spam content, spam comments or maybe something temporarely that after a week disappears just to confirm search your videos if is a shadow ban they won't show on the search list if they do maybe is the video quality or no one is interested on that type of video who knows, for how long is being like this?
Yes, they do it. A thread here tolds it (one of one guy who tells more than 15 reasons to be shadowbanning on YT). Not spam content and comments (don't comment with another accounts or giving likes and views either). The quality of the video, obviously not high high quality content, but were good channels in the same niche i had others in the past.
More than 10 days.

You can have multiple channels under one AdSense account and you can decide to change it as long as they comply with policies.
The thing is i can't change it until 30 days. And no, i can't have more than 10-15 channels in the same adsense account
