Solution for getting out of Penguin ?

I still searching and trying stuff to get my eCommerce site to come back from top 200.

well, seems you don't believe, below is a the case site that I did the 301 shit.



I directed it on Jun 15, it dropped to 200+ from Jun 27 to Jul 7, but climbed up later and has been in top 10 so far.
