yes i can. there are groups where admins firstly check the posts and then approve r delete them, and there are groups where you can post anytime.New Guy, can you post links in any group? i see many good groups but nobady post links there ...there are 2 kind of groups ...there are groups where everybody spam and groups where nobody post links

Neither this is a journey thread, so what's the point you want to make? Where are you trying to lead us or Mislead Us?
It would be better if you can publish a tutorial or eBook about the method Or share it here with the community. Or even you can use the markeplace section to sell your method guide ebook.
If not then it's pointless to discuss about the topic, without the solution.
belive me or not, i do manage this amoutn of account and its growing.
well actually i just throw an idea into this round. i didnt test it, but the way i use fb groups and accoutns, it could work out, and ths pretty good. but at the moment i dont have the time for testing.
my methods werent the point of this discussion to anytime. just my idea
