I'm looking into the idea of buying a SAAS video review from a YouTube influencer to review a service of mine. I know there's a bunch of them out there, but I'd like to know if anyone here on BHW tried something similar and whether the investiment is worth it? Also, if you can recommend a software review YouTuber or mention a list of these types of bloggers you watch, I'd be really thankful.

This is something I am interested in too. Been trying to contact some of them asking to review my SaaS web app for a fee, but everyone declined my offer. How much are going to spend on this?

To be honest, I have no idea, I'm at the stage of just testing the waters. I'm willing to find out the prices and try and figure out the possible bang I'll get for my buck using empirical methods, lol. Who did you contact? What was the price ballpark?

I contacted like 50 influencers in the digital marketing niche with a proposal of making a review video about my content generator app for $50-$100 (I divided them into several groups and approached them with different price to find out the most 'effective' price in terms of bang per buck). Surprisingly, about 95%of them declined my offer altogether (without even getting into the details), the remaining 5% asked something like $1000 for a review video (while having like 1000 subscribers, lol). What the hell is wrong with people these days? Thought you can get someone to review some dog poop if you pay them... guess I was a bit wrong

If you want to get a good understanding of what creators are typically charging, this is a great article that dives into this:

A lot of other companies though are just buying the first line of the YouTube description without mention in the video for a much lower rate.

As far as finding creators in the SaaS industry that are looking for brand deals. Probably going through Famebit or SocialBlueBook is a good first approach. That might make it easier but also more expensive than going directly to a creator.

You can always use a channel search engine to find creators as well:
