Ok there were different discussions concerning Email of FB users and a while ago you could use a little workaround by using „forget password“ function as they returned the mail addresses where they would send the renew link. But it is closed. So for now there is no known solution to get the mail from a user.

Concerning Emails listet whitin messages it is possible. You should try to get a custom made bot to have control about the speed and bahavior of the bot. Basically not complicated but if the bot is to aggressive your account could be banned
