If you are posting your instagram link elsewhere in different places to promote it, its better to use url shortener with stats such as bitly, use a different shortened link on different places so you can check the stats on how many clicks you gathered, not unless you are big enough and noticeable, I don't think most of you your traffic came from searching your name or username on the instagram itself and checking your account.
You can make your instagram a business page, or instagram for creator(if you have more than 10k followers), upon doing so you will have an access to your insights, which isn't available on personal instagram account, there, you can see your overall stats including the stats on each posts/ads you created. You will see the actions there such as impressions, call to actions such as how many click on your link, or website in the bio, etc. google for more details on how you can make your personal account a business account or a creator, you just need to choose it in the settings, if you have facebook page, you can also connect it there. Thanks for the tip, sorry I was referring to internal traffic. Where which post/ad are driving traffic to my instagram home page
