I am looking to hire someone that is a Social Media Expert. Here is my criteria:
- You must be regular poster on the Forums, to demonstrate your expertise
- Be able to teach me all the various nuances of Social Media, as have been discussed in various posts
- Basically know the various tricks of the trade all related to Social Media
- Most importantly, know how to ramp up Social Media efforts to build the brand and drive traffic to the site
