Social Bookmarking Service Question

Hello...obviously I am new here, and have a couple questions. I hope I don't get torn apart for just asking...I have seen lots of brutality on noobs.

I love social bookmarking, I do it all the time for friends, family, and my own articles and sites. My list of sites where I bookmark has grown to quite a large network. I've noticed here, people talk about outsourcing this bothersome job to others and have seen this service offered here in the forums. I myself even purchased the service once, just to see what the member was offering and how it worked.

This is something I would love to start doing for members and others, but am a bit worried about the legality of it. Is it legal to offer a social bookmarking service for people? Anything you can offer as advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much in advance.

By legal I mean is it considered blackhat to purchase social bookmarking?
