I have a domain that I recently submitted to search engines, but it hasn't been indexed by google yet. Should I start social bookmarking first or create a linkwheel for it and then bookmark it?

thanks

It is not important, what you will do first, just go and try to focus on building on topic relevant if possible in-content links. As linkwheel considering I will suggest that you not use the "linkwheel" system or any other link shemas that are obvious flag and footprint for google to find out that you are trying to manipulate serps. If you are going to build links from Web 2.0 sites the don't interlinks them or link them in any way, just put link back to your money site/s or blog/s. Stay away from all link shemas, think natural...

Hope this helps,
Nemanja

The important thing to do is to ping the site as many sites as possible then check those forums with high pr & traffic then create profiles & put signitures of ur site then comment in one or several threads then the search engines spiders will easily spot ur site then in two days time ur site will be indexed.Am talking from my own experience so am sure of this & i can assure u a double cross on this.

Like OP said Bookmamk it now, i use http://www.socialmarker.com/, i click the "Best" & "********" Bookmark Sites, it'll take you no more than 10 minutes, then use http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/white-hat-seo/92108-google-indexing-backlinks-really-quick.html, there's a script that automates it in the same thread. Then ping your site, if it's not a blog use http://pingler.com/

i've done this several times & get indexed by the next day.

have you tried this method to get indexed ?

Code:

I always use antx16 method and get ranked in a couple of days. :)

Even though I use both of the methods mentioned above, I've found that by far the most successful one has been submitting press releases. That's only if we talk about news-worthy sites of course.

There's plenty of free press release submission sites out there, such as Newswire Today, PRLog, 1888PRessRelease etc. etc. and not only do press releases help you get indexed, they often enough a) provide some valuable long-term backlinks, b) take one of the top 10 SERP spots for your keywords without much effort, c) generate some legit publicity.

Just my 2c :)

Well for best results, your going to social bookmark your main domain, along with all of the link wheel websites, so you might as well create the link wheel, then social bookmark your website, along with the link wheel at the same time:)
