Is Social Bookmarking Dead for build backlinks to a page (not domain)? For SEO

I Found a T-Shirt product to a print on demand site and i checked backlinks for this one page with "ahrefs dot com" and the page got a good amount of backlinks to different bookmarking sites. I don't talk about sites like facebook or mix or twitter or pinterest or instagram or instapaper...i mean bookmarking sites like "socialbookmarknow dot info" ( https://www.socialbookmarknow.info )

Are Links from these sites worthy?

I do not think these links have any value.

All these website run on pligg cms and they do not offer any unique value.

Social bookmarking is not dead. Social bookmarking is used to improve DA and PA of your website.

It always works for me for indexing Tier 2 backlinks.

that means you redirect or poste those links from these bookmark sites to social media sites (Tier1)?
