Just go for it if you can come up with a new plan..
I have another idea that I want to try with the same method... Let me see how it will pan out once I solve my fb ads problem (some f..ker hacked my ads account and used it to run their ads on my account...which costed me around 250 usd. thanks to god, my bank got suspicious and didn`t make the payment)

You did good with the personal brand name. I made a zara one and i didnt last more than a hour. Ig has catches up on it. But as you said eith a personal brand it will work. Gonna test right now hehe

you definitely should :) it would be better if you already have an account with several photos... I believe it helps tiny bit.

But when the snowball gets moving, it gets crazy

Alright i set ip up and made it look like a real brand. Between did you submit the ad for manual review or as it is? Cause it has lot of text

I actually just submitted it as it was. I guess I was lucky so it just passed through

I think advertising is different, this is just plain dumb. Didn't want to put it like that before but, yeah.

You could create a squeeze page and start to collect some email. A lot of you never do that and you miss a lot of opportunities. You could ask people to follow the link in your bio and enter their email and some info to be contacted in the future about your future promotion and contest/giveaway. If you can grow an account so fast you can build some nice list of email in a lot of different niche

Sell directly something to people is never a good solution , and it's the best way to bother your audience

Tried with personal and got disapproved, despite I have a real clothing brand %(

UPD: seems my post got disapproved by other reason %)

I tried this myself from the other OPs post but only got around 500 followers with no conversions on what I was promoting

all those people are coming for the fame and free stuff :) i have 60k people on my account with 0 conversation :) but I will use those brainless people as leverage. starting from 0 and 60k will have different affects I believe.

You think it'll last? From September, users will be able to see your original IG username, apparently so... There will be limits, IMO.
 
My GF received 2 comments on her last picture today:
"We want you to become an ambassador for your brand, come check the link in our profile"
-> link redirect to landing page where you have to enter your motivation, but also ask you to post their picture.


Same method, a bit longer.

Not that important. People are still very gullible
Also in the end it is a real brand that I want to release, and some of the people are really good looking (wish i was not married already hahaha) and have nice posing skills. I can really use them for photoshoots and whatever. And all for few piece of fabrics. Sounds like a good deal to me :D

thats actually very good but I live in south east asia (im not from here), people are super lazy, they would never lift a finger :D
