So I have a domain....

So I have this domain, (http://www.affiliatexfactor.net), and I haven't had time to put anything on it. I know that a domain like that will rank well for Affiliate X Factor keywords. What is the best way to get top SERP's with it? (Blog, normal website, etc...)

I would all so consider selling it is anybody made a decent offer.
