It's not weird at all. It's actually a pretty low requirement. Do you know how many bots there are on these forums..?

Instead of 'spamming' the 15 posts count just so you can PM a seller, reply to his own marketplace thread and I am pretty sure he will be more than happy to give you an answer there.
