So, facebook disabled my ads account for 'Violating' their terms

So let me try to make this story short, i started to use facebook ads recently and accumulated some bills
that i wasn't aware. and when i tried to add my paypal, i was getting an error from facebook and later they flagged my account. I tried to make a new offshore paypal. Since i though my paypal or my paypal country had some issues So i contacted them and even gave them my ID. And today they tell me

Hi,

Our records indicate that your payments account was disabled because it violates Facebook's terms of service. In the interest of protecting our users, we cannot confidently re-enable your payments account at this time.

Thanks for your understanding,

I told them all i wanted to do was to pay my bills. this is their response

After careful review, I’ve determined that we’re unable to take further action regarding this matter.

Can someone explain to me what i did wrong? i really don't get it. I even posted this in their forums and no answers at all. I tried to make a new facebook account with my 4G mobile IP and new paypal from my country and i got insta-blocked after i tried to add my paypal there.
facebook is such a cancer, anyone can tell me how will i get a new ad account?

I Believe you should

1- Rent RDSL
2-Make New PayPl or get a new visa card
3- Apply to new Facebook from total different IP And use your payment

i did something different. got a dedicated IP. created a new paypal with a new visa card
and tried to add to my facebook, and then facebook display an error
and went back to pva verification. i verified the PVA then they disabled my payments.

The bank thats backing your visa cards is banned, and/or the paypal acc geo is soft banned.

My suggestion: invest in alternative and attach the card directly instead of through paypal

I just tried to create new facebook account with a completely new vps new IP, new paypal account and new card attached, and somehow i still got blocked by FB
its like facebook is spying on me and see who is creating the account, i dont get it

Hire who, whoever you talk to, say they can do it, either they cant or they dont communicate with you properly. The answer one thing one day on Skype, they answer the next thing 3 days later.

HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM , it's driving me crazy , my paypal account worked for a day and than they deactivate my ad account for suspicious activity , i'm the only one using my account there was no unusual activity at all so i've contacted them and they reactivated it but they deactivated my paypal as payment method

Why do you insist on using Paypal? Why not connect your card direct? And also, try and change a bank, often it's the account the card is connected to that get banned, so even if you get a new card using the same bank account, they'd still ban it. I will suggest you get a new account, make it very active for about a week, add people from the third world countries, you could make the account to represent a female, preferably a model not known to many. When you start adding people to the account, many of their friends would also start adding you and you could have about 2k friends within two days. Aside from the pictures of the model you'd share, try and write some motivational quotes and get the people busy. And after 2 or more days, you can go ahead to create the ad account, add your card to it and make your personal account and admin to the ad account. Then move to your personal account to start running ads.

This is what I do. I hope it helps.

1.st adding paypal to the billing is not an perfect solution to pay bills on facebook (I already try that too)
2. making new accounts with cero friends and cero activity is not the answer, facebook have too much IT intelligence, they see a new activity trying to add a new accounts.
3. IP is always a big important issue, you can get banned your Fix IP because policy violations.
4. you can't never use the same CC or payment method on different accounts because, once you get banned the account with a payment solution that solution is banned too, you need to have multiple CCs solutions so you use a unique payment method on each accounts

So, facebook disabled my ads account for 'Violating' their terms
