I just hope he prooves us wrong and delivers what he promised. I explained to him how 200.00 is a lot of money and the poor communication had made everyone very nervous.

I hope this turns out to be a false positive. Shezboy was a cool member, must be going through a rough time.

Realistically they’re probably having a tough time with coding an detection from Facebook. But everyone should still be updated.

I never got the impression that he was scamming anyone. I too paid $200 and have spoken to him several times about features and other stuff. Personally, I think the issue is that his time-table was unrealistic. There is a feature I was developing and the developers told me it would take a month. Three months later it still wasn't finished and issues came up that none of us expected. Some customers asked for their money and some just asked for the new ETA.

It's always annoying when something isn't delivered on time but that isn't the same as a scam.

If you do not want the product, ask for a refund. If you do, hang tight. I want it last month but I realize he is trying to accomplish what no one else has done and if it works as expected, it will be a huge benefit.

My personal thought is that this will be a tough task to pull off but it's worth the $200 gamble. Not that I want to lose the money but I'm trusting that if it doesn't pan out, I'll get a refund.

For those complaining, hire your own developer and go ahead and build the same thing. Once you get started, I think you will understand the delay.

I'll email him directly now and see if there is any new insight other than the email that he just sent out a few moments ago.

Also, yes I can understand that developers needs more time, but, as we said many times, there should be better communication. I asked him about twice last week on e-mail and my questions were not answered. Also I was asking him many times to send me schreenshot or link or some evidence that this soft and method is really working so I can believe and patiently wait and not to ask refund.

What medium are you using to communicate with him and did he answer everytime? What is his respond time?

I realize that there are many people on here who have been happy customers of my products in the past and expected the same great experience with the new product.

I am very sorry that it hasn’t been the case thus far with the new Like Jacker.

In the past, the product first and then sold it. The customer didn’t realize how many months of development each product took. This time around, we did things a little differently. I talked to my development team and asked "can this be done" and they said "yes." So, in order to cover the development, I opened up the pre-sales.

The money has been poured into development.

Personally, it has cost me much more than was expected due to the challenges we have faced. But we always knew the bulk of the money would come not from the pre-sale, but the people paying full price. No one is sorrier than me that there was a delay.

The fact is simple – until I release the product, the money isn’t actually “mine”. So no one wants to see it released more than me. Talk to anyone who has ever hired a developer to build something and they will tell you that there will almost always be delays. Situations arise that no one can foresee and things get pushed back and people get upset. And I get it.

It isn’t that I have been ignoring your emails, I just keep hoping that instead of responding with a “sorry”, I can respond with “it’s ready”. And I can't give you an update until I get an update from the dev team otherwise I am just guessing which isn't something I am NOT going to do.

Earlier today I sent an email to all customers and mentioned that the deadline has been pushed back to September 20th. This was after the developers told me it was going to be another two weeks before it can be finished due to some Facebook difficulties.

As long as I do not divulge too much about the interworkings, I’m 100% confident we can keep Facebook from blocking the service. That’s the reason I asked for it to not be discussed on the forums. (but, hey, here we are).

I know I could have done more to keep the communication clear but each day I am spending all of my time testing preparing for the release and responding to emails from people who didn’t take advantage of the pre-order and want to know if they will be able to order at full price. Lucky for you, you took advantage of the pre-order and got in at the best price.

Hang tight, this is going to be released. I know the jacking method works 100% and now it's just a case of getting that method into a SaaS setup so it can be released to those who got in on the pre-release deal.

If you want to discuss this further then please email me as I had no intention of openly discussing this tool on an open/public forum but I have been left with no choice after reading the comments posted by some users. I am here to publicly set the record straight and to assure those customers who got in on the pre-release deal.

For reasons already stated, I do not want to use this thread or forum to discuss the tool. It was never offered for sale via BHW or any other forum.

I hope this sets your mind at ease and remember, if you wish to discuss the tool, you should email as before. The less this tool is discussed on an open forum the better it will be for those who will be using it.

Thank you for the update. I'm really looking forward to it. I've bought a couple products in the past and they worked well and I'm sure this one will as well. Anyone who wasn't part of the pre-sale did miss out. I don't know if they can PM you if they want to buy into it but for sure it would not be $200 since they are late. Looking forward to it.

I'm going to shut this down so it does not become a sales or customer service thread.
