Snippets in SERP

Hi guys,

I have some niche sites focused on recipes and couple of them rank very well already in SERP (TOP 5). The problem is that other sites have picture/snippet of the meal in SERP and therefore my site is lost among them. I tried to implement snippet box in code, but it doesnt work. Do you have any idea how to "force" Google to show my snippet? Site runs on WP, so maybe some plugin?

There is no way to force Google to show them. The only thing you can do is implement them and pray.

One of our customers used to have snippets for years and when he lost them (without changing anything), his traffic went down by 25%.
