Need some gmails verified but saw someone saying accs can get banned or something as they use reused low quality numbers?

I do not use cheap services as they are often got abused pretty fast. So can't recommend it.

If you're lucky you can get a few accounts to last, however most of the time the numbers are being re-used over and over and can affect the created accounts.

Yes I recommend it. Cheapest and working. For sure some numbers are overused, but still it's good

You can try to activate your accounts.
In most cases, it will be written: Number was used several times

how does it affected already created accounts?

and what is the way to go then? buy readymade pva accounts? how do we know if the seller didn't use low quality numbers to verify?
