Greetings all. I will not take your time much but I can't help my self not sharing my experience with SMSPVA.
Their technical support is dumb and inadequate. You will not get any help from them when you need it. And if you are as unlucky as me and you started to work with them, you WILL NEED their help. I was asking them to assist me with API related issues and I got no specific help. They were unsure about that. SMSPVA, where did you get those guys? They don't know the product they work with. On all the questions I was sent to their Administrator.
You will never know when Administrator is working. It was written he was online, but in reality he's doing nothing. The best what I experienced was receiving an answer to my questions in few days.
I would not recommend to work with them.

I had a few numbers some days ago I totally forgot to renew, their admin helped me and today I got back the numbers after going 3-4 days without them.

Perhaps the moderator have no information how the API works and then you need to write to the admin chat https://smspva.com/chat.html or write to our FB group. I will help you to configure the api and will answer you on all your questions.

I paid $5 crypto for a deposit yesterday but money still did not show up. I know I paid because it says that the transaction was confirmed. Now they want me to download a software program to send a screenshot that I paid. Terrible customer service. Avoid.

You do not need to download any program or other. You just need to send the transaction hash that you received during the transfer. I'm sure your payment has already been credited
