    No, you're wrong: amount still hasn't been added to my balance. Since 17 hrs! That's really far from "not always quick"... It's amazingly, mind-blowingly SLOW!!! And hey remember it's not topping up my account that took 17 hrs... It's a big fat nothing that took 17 hrs for you to accomplish!

    I'm not worried of loosing my money by not getting added to my balance. Who cares a few DASH? I needed to get the phone numbers quickly. QUICKLY. Which you were not able to do for me for my money.

    Should I write my username you in PM? I have the very same username on smspva.com as here on BHW forum. You could have given a try... just for fun to find me in your user database. I repeat just for coincidence... I may have the same username. Just a quick search you know...
    Did you make just a small, tiny bit of an effort to find my chatting history which I had yesterday with your LIVE support describing my problem? By asking for my username makes it evident that you don't try to help at all! Didn't try to find it.

    It's really really clear that you're just sending worthless forum comment templates w/o giving a f*ck trying to solve my problem!

    I'm sorry, but we were forced to disable the method of replenishment using PayPal, as many users acted in an odd way and opened disputes. Today we have many other payment methods and we are ready to help you top up with a convenient payment system. We may activate PayPal in the future, but it is not available yet.

    The following is a review of smspva.com. I have a long history in BHW, and this review was made anonymously: I did not ask for a review, I do not know the owner of the website, and I am not being compensated for writing this review.

    User experience: 5/10
    TL;DR:
    Confusing to novices

    The user experience in the website could be better. There may be a lot of information to show, which can make it difficult to display all the options the user has on the website, but there is room to improvement here.

    As an experienced internet user (as most people in this forum), I eventually understood how to navigate through the forum, but it will be slightly confusing to novices. For example, I created an account and had to figure out I had to pay via one of the payment methods to get balance into the account in order to use the service (eg., to buy a sms number).

    Another potential annoying issue is how the website refreshes after X amount of time. This can be an issue for those working on something, and get distracted with the tab refresh, as it flashes for attention even when you're working on another tab.

    Suggestions:
    1)
    make it obvious what the visitor to the website needs to do, eg., register an account, and after becoming a user, making it obvious the user has to add balance to his account by paying via one of the paying methods.

    2) stop the website refresh, or change the way it does so, as it gets distracting and potentially annoying for website users.

    Support: 3/10
    TL;DR:
    Support lacks professionalism and empathy.

    You need to add balance to your account in order to use a service. For example, you add a $5 balance and then use it to buy/rent numbers for SMS verification on websites you need, like Instagram, Facebook, or whatever else you need, as long as it's in the list.

    My experience with support was poor. I used Popuko as one of their payment methods to add balance to your account, in which you can use a credit card as payment. So I used that to add $5.00 to my account and after 48 hours the balance is still $0.00.

    My credit card indicated the transaction went though, and at this point I realize I need some help with clarifying the issue, ie, I need help from support.

    There are two ways to get help from the website: 1) chat window, and 2) via ticket system.

    1) So I go into the chat window explaining the issue. The response is that I have to open a ticket and direct me to explain the issue there. It would be useful if I knew that before wasting time in a redundant support channel.

    2) I then open a ticket, explaining the issue again the reply comes after 10 hours, stating that my payment was under review due to anti-fraud system. I reply back describing that my credit card records indicate the transaction went though and expressing my disappointment with the experience I had so far with the service. After 24 hours, I'm yet to receive a reply back. I go back again to the chat window (of point 1 of paragraph above) and the response is that I have to wait for a response. Thank you Captain Obvious.

    At this point I realize this is the level of support I have from being a paid user. I imagine what it would be like to free users.

    Suggestions:
    1)
    train staff and yourself to be more empathetic towards users. Recognize the user has an issue and may be frustrated and wanting help. Rephrase the issue back to them and commit to resolve it.

    2) always reply promptly to the user, even if the issue takes longer than expected to be resolved, and don't differentiate from free or paid users.

    Services: N/A
    I haven't yet been able to use any of the services as the account balance is still zero. I'll update here if and when I get enough balance and review the service. There seems to be a few services of interest in the website, but without a balance, you can't really do much as a free user.

    Overall
    TL;DR: I don't recommend the service so far.

    The service has potential to become great. The business model is interesting and it can be great for those wanting to use this to blackhat activities, or just regular users wanting more privacy or anonymity on the internet.

    There seems to be a disconnect between the support team, as well as a lack of soft skills when dealing with the user, which can be a major turn off for most people, paid and free users alike. The payment methods, although plenty, have issues. In my example, I'm still at $0.00 balance two days after the credit card payment went through.

    At this point, I cannot recommend this service. My opinion may change, but my experience with the website has been poor and disappointing.

    It's already 7 days. Wrote chat administrator as you suggested. His response: "You need to contact our support team. The accounting department will look for your transaction."

    What the hack dude??? :D Come on! Chat, or support, or wtf??? At least you amongst each other should take care of lie the same shit to the costumers!!! :D LOL :D

    Now he redirects me to https://smspva.com/chat.html where I need to write again. You may want to stick up my money in your A$$ :D
    But for fucks sake I'm not going to leave it... Okay I'm going to write for the MAGICAL support team again... as your chat administrator does not seem to reply anymore.

    If you can 't find the service you need, you can choose the "OTHER" service and get an SMS for the desired site. The "OTHER" service is available only in the activation section and differs for each country in the cost of receiving an SMS to the number.
