SMS Advertising

Hi,

Curious to know if there are SMS/text based solo ads? Instead of sending your offer to an email list, it sends texts to phone numbers.

Is there such a service that exists at the moment?

There are tons on SMS providers,
Just google: BULK SMS [COUNTRY YOU TARGET]
You'll find plenty,
But you should already have a list of phone numbers to contact,
+ It should be an Opt-in list if you want to do it legally.

Got it. So basically you need to generate your own phone #’s and have confirmed optin. So there aren’t any services where you can pay and they’ll send your offer/message/link to their list of phone #’s?

I don't know any services that provide that,
This normally works the other way:
You got a list and then you look for a Bulk SMS service to send your SMS to that list,
Don't trust any service that will tell you they provide sending to their lists...
It's hard to track and know for sure if they really send the number of messages you paid for,
In some countries, you can buy a list of phone numbers and spam the shit out of it,
But you can't do that to Tier 1 countries
